Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a DHL parcel locker (Packstation). To do this, select the 'Deliver to Packstation' option during checkout and enter your Packstation number and your DHL post number.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within Germany only. Trade-ins and purchases from abroad are not possible at this time. We are working on offering more countries in the future.

If in doubt, choose the lower category – you may get a positive surprise after our inspection!
Can I sell a game without its case?
It depends on the format:
– Cartridges (e.g. Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, N64, Game Boy): Can be sold without a case
– Discs (e.g. PS4, PS5, Xbox): Always need the original case
Games without a case (disc only) cannot be accepted for discs, as packaging is part of the product quality.
Can I send multiple games and consoles in one package?
Yes! You can send all items that you have listed in one trade-in order together in a single package. Please make sure everything is well padded and securely packed. Each item will be inspected and valued individually.
How long is my selling offer valid?
Your offer is valid for 7 days from the time the order is created. The package must be shipped within this period. After that, the offer expires and you would need to submit a new trade-in order.
Can I cancel my selling order?
As long as you haven't shipped your package yet, you can cancel your order at any time. Simply go to your customer account and cancel the relevant order. If the package has already been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Download codes included with a game may have already been redeemed in second-hand trade. Whether a code is still valid cannot be guaranteed. Physical content (disc, manual, case) is always included unless otherwise stated.

How much are shipping costs for purchases?
